Stephanie Tighe Sutton ’03 is LVC’s all-time scoring leader in women’s basketball, with 1,663 career points during a distinguished career between 1999 and 2003.
Sutton was an all-American as a senior in 2002-03 (the first in LVC women’s basketball history), and holds program records for career field goals (597) and free throws (385), as well as single-game marks for points (42) and consecutive free throws (19). A four-time all-Commonwealth Conference honoree (including three first-team nods), she was named to the MAC All-Century team this past winter. Sutton, who starred in high school at Cumberland Valley, was elected last year to West Shore chapter of the Pennsylvania Hall of Fame. She is a former assistant coach at LVC during the 2006-07 and 2007-08 seasons, helping recruit and coach a class of players that helped put LVC basketball on the national stage today.
