Hall of Fame
One of only two players in program history with over 100 career wins, Vargo is a four-time All-Conference honoree who was named the Commonwealth Conference Player of the Year in 2006. He is third in program history with 56 singles wins and second with 51 doubles wins. Vargo had a fantastic 107-49 record during his four years at The Valley. The three-time All-Commonwealth First Team Selection played number one singles for three years. An excellent student, Vargo was named the 2007 Honorable John A. Walter Outstanding Scholar-Athlete, the 2007 MAC Men's Tennis Senior Scholar-Athlete, a Third Team Academic All-American, and a three-time First Team Academic All-District At-Large selection. He graduated with a degree in Mathematics.
