An outstanding player and coach for LVC field hockey, Alicia Fioravanti Arnold '99 was a part of four NCAA Final Four teams during her time at the Valley. As a student-athlete, Arnold was a three-time NFHCA All-Region selection who helped lead Lebanon Valley to the 1996 and 1997 NCAA Final Fours, and was co-captain and co-MVP during her senior season in 1998 as LVC made it back to the Elite Eight. She was a First-Team All-Commonwealth Conference selection with 23 points that season, ending with 54 career points. Arnold later spent eight seasons as an assistant coach for the Dutchmen, which included the 2006 CC title and NCAA Final Four berths in 2006 and 2007. Arnold is a native of Norristown and currently resides in Lebanon.
