The first two-time Conference Pitcher of the Year in program history, McMillen still holds LVC career records in appearances, shutouts, and strikeouts. She was tabbed the Commonwealth Conference Pitcher of the Year and Co-Rookie of the Year while earning a spot on the First Team in 2008. McMillen was also named the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) South Rookie of the Year and recognized on the Second Team of the All-ECAC South and National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-Region Teams. She earned All-Conference honors all four years with three First Team nods and one Second Team selection. McMillen won her second Commonwealth Pitcher of the Year award in 2011. She received NFCA All-Region honors three times, being named to the Third Team in 2010 and the Second Team in 2008 and 2011. McMillen, who threw two no-hitters in her career, led the Dutchmen to the 2008 Commonwealth Championship and two NCAA Tournament appearances during her tenure. In the 2010 NCAA Tournament, McMillen earned a spot on the All-Tournament Team at the Ithaca, N.Y., Regional. She was named to the MAC Academic Honor Roll and the Capital One/CoSIDA Academic All-District Third Team during her career. She graduated with a degree in Physics.
