Please Note: The Athletic Training Clinic is only open to the college-sponsored 26 intercollegiate sports as well as cheerleading. We can only evaluate athletes who play on one of these teams. If you are not on one of those teams, have an injury, and need assistance, please visit the Shroyer Health Center for evaluation. The athletic training staff works in a cooperative effort with team physicians and the Student Health Center to meet the needs of the student-athlete. As specialists in the prevention, recognition, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries, it is the responsibility of the athletic training staff to ensure the safety of our student-athletes.

The athletic training staff primarily focuses on the prevention, assessment, management, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries. The staff also helps prepare the athlete for practices and competitions. The list of services also includes practice and game coverage, physician referral, neuropsychological testing, and athletic screenings. The athletic training clinic is open for business in the mornings and afternoons for practice coverage. The morning hours allow athletes time with the staff for an initial evaluation or to make adjustments to their treatment protocol.
