One of LVC’s all-time best running backs, Ken Wilson ’90 set nearly every rushing record during his football career from 1986 to 1989. Nearly two decades later, his name still appears in the record books.

Wilson set the program record for most rushing touchdowns in a career (23) and a season (15), and he held the single-game record for yards rushing (241) until this season. He remains the only LVC?running back to rush for 200 yards in a game twice, and is third on the LVC all-time rushing list with 2,305 career yards. His best season came as a senior, when he set a then-record with 1,103 yards rushing and 15 touchdowns, averaging more than 110 yards per game.

After graduating from LVC in 1990 with a B.S. in computer information systems, Wilson returned to LVC to obtain a second B.S. degree in accounting, which he completed in 1991. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1995, and has worked in the finance and accounting industry since.

Wilson is married to JoMarie Cardinale Wilson ’92, and they have three children: Skyler, Hunter, and Haylee.  In his free time, Wilson is active in the West Perry Midget Football Association, Sherman’s Dale Majors Youth Baseball, the Lions Club, and Christ Lutheran Church.
