PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Lebanon Valley baseball opened a three game Commonwealth Conference series with Arcadia Friday afternoon, posting an 11-7 win. Sophomore
Aaron Mills led the Dutchmen, going 4-for-5 with a grand slam and five runs batted in.
The Dutchmen (15-7, 5-2 CC) continue the three game series with a doubleheader against the Knights (5-17, 1-6 CC) Saturday at noon.

Caleb Fick started on the mound for LVC, pitching seven innings and striking out eight for his fourth win of the season. Senior

Dustin Deibert each pitched an inning and struck out one.
Lebanon Valley notched 17 hits in the game, with Mills and Deibert both tallying four hits each.
Arcadia took an early lead with a run scoring in the second inning and added two more in the third for a 3-1 advantage. LVC went on to score three runs in the fourth, two in the seventh and four more in the eighth to claim the victory.
In the fourth, two runs scored off errors for Lebanon Valley and Mills hit a single to score the final run in the inning.
The Dutchmen scored two runs off four hits in the seventh with sophomore
Jacob Rhody notching a double to send a run home.
Mills grand slam scored all runs in the eighth inning for LVC.
The Knights scored three runs in the bottom of the eighth, but that was as close as they would come as all three batters in the ninth were retired.
