ANNVILLE, Pa. - Lebanon Valley College rolled to its second-straight 3-0 victory, this time over Franklin & Marshall College on Thursday at Herbert Field.

The Dutchmen (5-3-1) did not allowed the Diplomats (4-2-0) a shot until six minutes left in the first half.

Lauren King opened the scoring with her team-best fifth goal of the season in the 18th minute. Dana Thomsen ripped a shot that was blocked at the line by F&M's Clair Meyers, and King headed the rebound home.

Ely Kirkhoff made it 2-0 four minutes into the second half when launched a shot from 20 yards out into the top left corner.

Thomsen added the third goal on a penalty kick in the 62nd minute after King was brought down in the box.

LVC held a 10-5 shots advantage, including 5-1 in the first half, and a 3-2 edge on corners. Alyson Reitmeyer made a save to earn the clean sheet. Erin Roy made five saves in the loss for the Dips.

The Dutchmen will be off until it heads to King's College Oct. 1.
