COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. - The Lebanon Valley College swim teams dropped their meet with Ursinus College Saturday afternoon, with the men falling 115-77 and the women 130-69.

Both LVC teams fell to 1-2 for the season.

Kevin Carney won the men's 1000-yard free in 10:52.27, and the men's 200 relay of Tony Shipkowski, Johnny Schoenberger, Jeff Bush, and Carney won in 1:37.75.

The women did not win an event, but one of the meet's best races came in the 200 free relay as the team of Ally Birli, Christina Schreiner, Lauren Horst, and Lisa Niethamer were out-touched by less than a second, finishing in 1:51.87 to Ursinus' 1:51.03.

Bush qualified to MACs in the 100 free with a 53.83, and Niethamer did likewise in the same event with a 1:00.36.

LVC will host Susquehanna University Friday night.
