ANNVILLE, Pa. – The Lebanon Valley track and field teams will attempt to complete the triple crown of running titles this weekend at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships hosted by Messiah University. LVC swept the cross country and indoor track & field championships earlier this year.
The three-day meet will begin on Thursday with field events scheduled to start at 1 p.m. and action on the track starting at 6 p.m. Friday's full day of action starts at 9:15 a.m., while Saturday's final day begins at 11 a.m. Tickets for the Championships will be sold ONLINE!

The men's team will look to have three sprinters qualify for the 100-meter final, as
Colin Winters,
Leo Tirado, and
Caleb Auzenne have all run top 10 times in the conference this spring. Winters is seeded fourth with a time of 10.73 seconds that he ran at the Messiah Invitational. The women also have three sprinters near the top of the conference, as
Ava Matter enters with the top time at a school record 12.26 seconds that she ran at Messiah.
Mileyska Calderon is right behind her with a time of 12.27 seconds that she also ran at Messiah.
Gabby Welter is seeded fifth with a time of 12.59 seconds that she ran at the Mini Home Meet. Matter is also the top seed in the 200 meters with a time of 25.28 seconds that she ran at Messiah. Auzenne will look to qualify for the men's 200 final as one of the top 10 seeds.
Donovan Goundie is seeded fifth in the men's 400 meters with a time of 49.54 seconds that was run at Messiah.
Elijah McKell is looking to defend his 800 title and comes in as the fifth seed with a season-best time of 1:54.35 that was run at Widener two weeks ago.
Lila Shore is a top 10 seed in the women's 800.
Sam Rothstein is seeded fourth in the men's 1500 meters with a time of 3:59.50 that was run at the Paul Donahue Invitational.
Autumn Garges is seeded second in the women's race with a time of 4:42.43 that she ran at Bucknell.
Sierra Kapcsos and
Abigail Hunt are also seeded in the top 10 for the Dutchmen.
The Dutchmen will look to score a lot of points in the distance events. They have four of the top six seeds in the men's 5000 meters.
Andrew Namatka is second with a time of 14:46.20,
Lukas Walko is third at 14:49.73,
Wyatt Leitzel is fourth with a time of 14:50.45, and
Rory Lieberman is seeded sixth at 14:58.80. All four times were run at Widener two weeks ago.
Coyla Bartholomew is seeded fourth in the women's 5k at 17:30.04, which she ran at Bucknell. Garges comes in as the sixth seed with a time of 17:44.89 that she ran at York. Namatka is also seeded second in the men's 10,000 meters with a time of 31:20.63 that was run at the Danny Curran Invitational.
Charlee Kurtz is seeded third in the women's 10k at a time of 38:30.86.
Dani Fetterolf is sixth with a time of 40:15.07, while
Caroline Borleis and
Christine Wagner are also looking to score points for the Dutchmen as top 10 seeds.
Joshua Leidich is seeded fourth in the men's 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.39 seconds that he ran at Widener a couple of weeks ago.
Abbie Reed is seeded third in the women's 100-meter hurdles at 15.52 seconds, which was run at Messiah.
Mikayla Mitchell is seeded sixth with a time of 15.71 seconds at the Paul Donahue Invitational. Reed is also seeded third in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:07.15 that was run at the Blue & White Open. Mitchell is seeded in the top 10 as she looks to score points for the Dutchmen. Leitzel is seeded second in the men's 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:20.47 that he ran at the Bison Outdoor Classic.
Donnie Miller is the third seed with a time of 9:40.45, which was run at Widener. Bartholomew is the top seed in the women's steeplechase with a time of 11:14.80 that she ran at Widener a couple of weeks ago. LVC is expected to score in all three relays.
Graison Michajluk is seeded sixth in the men's high jump with a height of 1.93 meters (6'4") while Tirado is seeded in the top 10 after finishing second at the indoor championships.
Dylan Duncan is seeded in the top 10 of the men's pole vault, while the women have two vaulters seeded in the top 10.
Luisanna Polanco is the third seed with a height of 3.25 meters (10'8") that she cleared at the Mini Home Meet.
Emma Evans is also a top 10 seed.
Alex Brown is a top 10 seed in the men's long jump, and Calderon is the second seed in the women's event with a school record mark of 5.64 meters (18'6") at the Paul Donahue Invitational.
Tola Oyinkolade is seeded fourth with a jump of 5.46 meters (17'11") at Widener, while
Chloe Grady is also a top 10 seed. The women will also look to score points in the triple jump as Oyinkolade is seeded second with a mark of 10.87 meters (35'8") at the York Twilight Meet. Grady is a top 10 seed in the event and will look to reach the medal stand in both jumping events.
Aonghas Evanick is seeded sixth in the men's shot put with a mark of 14.58 meters (47'10").
Anna Sawicki is seeded fourth in the women's shot put at 11.93 meters (39'1.75"). Both throws occurred at York's Twilight Meet. Evanick is the top seed in the discus with a throw of 46.81 meters (153'7") that he recorded at Widener's Paul Donahue Invitational.
Jordan Klinger is a top 10 seed in the event. Evanick is also seeded sixth in the hammer as he looks to reach the podium in three events. The graduate student has a throw of 46.88 meters (153'10" that he also threw at York. Klinger is a top 10 seed in his second event of the meet.
Michael De Falcis is looking to defend his title in the men's javelin and enters as the second seed with a toss of 63.13 meters (207'1") that he threw at Shippensburg last Saturday. The Dutchmen have two top-five throwers in the women's javelin, with
Anna Sawicki third and
Joie Connolly fourth. Sawicki threw 36.79 meters (120'8") at York while Connolly had a throw of 36.30 meters (119'1") at Messiah.
LVC is expected to score points in the multi events as Michajluk is seeded fifth in the decathlon with a point total of 5,345 that he recorded at Susquehanna. Sawicki is looking to defend her heptathlon title after scoring a championship record 4,607 points last year. This year, she is the top seed with 4,603 points that she recorded at the Susquehanna Multi.
The Dutchmen were picked first in the men's and women's Pre-Championship Poll by the conference coaches. The men's squad earned 11 first-place votes and 216 total points as they look to win their third consecutive title. Host Messiah University was second with 210 points and four first-place votes. The women earned 13 first-place votes and a total of 212 points as they look to win their first-ever outdoor title after finishing second last year for the fifth time in program history. Defending champion, Widener University, was second with 181 points.
