NEW ORLEANS, La. – The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced All-Region honorees for the 2026 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field season this week, with Lebanon Valley having a total of 17 honors spread across 11 individuals and four relays.

The top 8 individuals in each event from each region on the year-end Descending Order Lists earned an All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top 8 relay teams. The regions used for this award – East, Great Lakes, Metro, Mid-Atlantic, Mideast, Midwest, Niagara, North, South, and West – match those used during the cross country season.

The sophomore finished third in the heptathlon and eighth in the shot put to give her nine total All-Region honors between indoor and outdoor during her career. Sawicki recorded a program-record 4,740 points in the heptathlon to finish first at the AARTFC Championships and book her ticket to the National Championships in the event. During the heptathlon, she also recorded a career-best throw of 12.04 meters (39'6") in the shot put.
