NEWTOWN, Pa. – The Lebanon Valley College Baseball team was presented with several honors from the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) on Monday, as the conference office announced in a release that senior catcher Jace Fetterman was selected as the MAC Freedom Player of the Year and eight Dutchmen were listed on the All-MAC Freedom Team.

Fetterman was joined on the First Team by senior first baseman Logan Brewer, junior shortstop Owen Berry, and first-year third baseman Carter Enders. Junior pitcher Jacob Detwiler and graduate student relief pitcher Michael Williams were also named to the Second Team. Additionally, sophomore pitcher Trey Dianna and sophomore second baseman Dylan Mennillo were recognized as Honorable Mentions.

Fetterman earned his third career All-Conference honors, as he was named to the All-MAC Commonwealth Second Team as a first-year and sophomore. The senior is the first member of the Dutchmen to be chosen as the MAC Freedom Player of the Year while marking the first to garner this recognition from their conference since Nico Santoro received the MAC Commonwealth Player of the Year award in 2023. He went on to break this record during the MAC Freedom Semifinal. Additionally, Fetterman ended the regular season on a 10-game hitting streak. The catcher was recognized by the conference twice during the year for his production with the MAC Freedom Player of the Week award on April 21 and April 28.
