FREDERICK, Md. - Lebanon Valley inched closer to a Commonwealth Conference playoff berth with a 6-3 win over Hood on Saturday.
The Dutchmen (7-7, 3-1 CC) can clinch a CC Tournament spot with a win against Albright in their make-up match on Sunday. The short-handed Blazers (5-8, 1-4 CC) had to default at two spots, giving LVC a chance to rest several starters in singles as they prepare for the final week of the regular season.

Frank Hullihen.
