ANNVILLE, Pa. - King's spoiled LVC's spring home opener with an 8-1 setback on Sunday.

The Monarchs won all three doubles flights, then had strong play up and down the ladder in singles to win all but the No. 6 match.

Cody Manmiller had LVC's point, going to a tiebreaker to beat Andrew Panzitta 7-6, 3-6, 10-3 at No. 6 singles. King's won all other matches in straight sets.

LVC will host Penn State Harrisburg on Wednesday.
