LITITZ, Pa. - The baseball team volunteered some time to help the Warwick Little League program last Saturday as part of its continued commitment to community service.
For three hours, the team assisted participating kids with fielding, pitching, and hitting drills, and then made evaluations to help place players at appropriate levels for the upcoming season. In all, 33 kids participated in the event.
"The experience working with little leaguers was great for our players," head coach
Keith Evans said. "Community service work has been a great tool for team bonding and a chance to give something back."
