3/12/2026 10:26:00 AM

NEW ORLEANS, La. – The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced All-Region honorees for the 2026 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field season this week, with Lebanon Valley having a total of 13 honors spread across eight individuals and two relays.

The top-8 individuals in each event from each region on the year-end Descending Order Lists earned an All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top-8 relay teams. The regions used for this award – East, Great Lakes, Metro, Mid-Atlantic, Mideast, Midwest, Niagara, North, South, and West – match those used during the cross country season.

Anna Sawicki led the way, earning All-Region honors in three events. The sophomore was second in the high jump, third in the pentathlon, and sixth in the 60-meter hurdles. She has now earned five All-Region honors in her indoor career after also earning honors in the high jump and pentathlon last winter. Sawicki recorded all three of her career-best marks at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships. She had a height of 1.63 meters (5'4.25") in the high jump as part of the pentathlon, where she won with a Championship Record of 3459 points, which was converted to 3480 points for track size in regional rankings. The sophomore also ran a time of 9.38 seconds in the preliminaries of the individual 60-meter hurdles at the conference meet.

Graison Michajluk earned All-Region honors in two events as he was fifth in the heptathlon and seventh in the high jump. He earned the first two All-Region awards of his career with career-best marks at the MAC Championships. He scored a program record 4309 points in the heptathlon, which was converted to 4333 points for track size in the regional rankings. The junior also had a height of 1.91 meters (6'3.25") in the high jump during the individual event at the conference championship.

Aonghas Evanick finished second in the weight throw to earn his first career All-Region honor. The graduate student threw a career-best mark of 17.16 meters (56'3.75") at the AARTFC Championships last weekend to earn his spot.

The Dutchmen had three All-Region honorees in the men's 5000 meters as Rory Lieberman, Andrew Namatka, and Joe Chukoskie all earned a spot. Lieberman was third in the region with a MAC record time of 14:14.94 at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational. He earned his second career All-Region honor after being honored for his time in the 3000 meters last year. Namatka and Chukoskie finished sixth and seventh as the duo ran their times to finish first and second at the MAC Championships. Namatka ran a career-best time of 14:47.18 with a converted time of 14:37.78 for track size to earn his first career All-Region award. Chukoskie ran 14:49.28, and his converted time of 14:39.86 was faster than his season-best time of 14:43.45 that he ran at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational. The senior collects his first indoor All-Region honor after he earned Outdoor honors in the 5K and 10K last spring.

Leo Tirado earned his first career All-Region honor in the high jump as he finished sixth. The sophomore had a career-best height of 1.94 meters (6'4.25") to finish second at the MAC Championships.
