FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – The Lebanon Valley Men's Tennis team had four student-athletes in action on Friday at the ITA Southeast Regional Championships hosted by University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

The Dutchmen faced tough competition in all three of their matches on the opening day of the tournament.

Adam Warren and Zach Schrader were drawn into the Championship Bracket for singles and doubles. Warren dropped his first round singles match 8-0 to third-seeded Alex Feies of Carnegie Mellon University. He will face a familiar opponent in the consolation bracket on Saturday as he will take on Dickinson College's Lucas Bogle. Bogle won a three-set affair between the two a couple of weeks ago in the season opener.

Schrader took on fourth-seeded Evan Erb of Washington & Lee University and dropped an 8-0 decision. He will face Lorenzo Neri of Catholic University on Saturday in the first round of the consolation bracket.

Warren and Schrader fell 6-2 in their first doubles match of the tournament to Salisbury University's Asher Willenborg and Jhayden Pappas. They will return to action tomorrow morning in the consolation bracket round of 16 where they will face Jorge Urgal and Tiziano Chialva of Washington College (Md.).

Michael Schuetz and Ethan Luu got drawn into the Doubles B2 bracket and were scheduled to face the duo of Oskar Wrobleski and Sihoo Kim from Washington College (Md.) in the first round. A rain delay at UMW has moved their match to tomorrow morning at 8 a.m.
