Box Score MADISON, N.J. – Adam Warren played an incredibly tight match against a nationally-ranked opponent but was eliminated in the round of 16 from the ITA Northeast Regional Championships Single Main Draw on Saturday afternoon at Drew University in Madison, New Jersey.
 
Warren faced off against TCNJ's Matt Michibata who was one of the top seeds at the Regional Championship after he finished ranked 31st nationally and 10th in the Northeast Region in singles last year. Warren and Michibata also faced each other at last year's regional with Warren dropping a 6-1, 6-1 decision in the first round. This year things were a lot closer as Michibata was able to escape with an 8-5 victory. Michibata won the Regional Championship in singles and doubles to advance to the ITA Cup in a couple weeks.
 
The fall slate is finished for the Dutchmen with the conclusion of play at the Championships. LVC will be back in action in the spring. A schedule of matches will be released over the winter months.
