Final Results

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – Lebanon Valley's women's tennis team wrapped up the fall portion of its 2017-18 schedule at the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Individual Championship Tournament on Sunday, Oct. 15.
 
Five LVC players competed in the semifinal round of different singles and doubles brackets on Sunday morning, with the No. 4 doubles pairing of Elizabeth Drda and Rachel Duong winning its first matchup by a 9-8 (7-5) margin over the duo from FDU-Florham. That's where the team's run ended as they fell to the eventual champions from Wilkes in the No. 4 finals match.
 
Drda and Megan Williams also competed in semifinal action as singles players, while LVC's doubles team of Elise Hanks-Witaszek and Emily Wilczek fell by a narrow 9-7 margin in the semifinals of the No. 3 doubles bracket.
 
The Flying Dutchmen will take the next few months off before returning to action in early March when they travel south for their annual spring break trip to Hilton Head, S.C.
