ANNVILLE, Pa. - Lebanon Valley battled hard to a 6-3 non-conference win over Cabrini on Tuesday.
The Dutchmen (2-1) went ahead 2-1 through doubles thanks to a tiebreak win at No. 2 by
Mary Kate Lemon and
Lori Noble, then picked up four of six singles flights to win.
Lemon, Noble, and
Brittany Dierwechter earned straight-set wins at Nos. 1-3 singles, respectively, while
Alyssa Potosnak rallied back from a set down to win 1-6, 6-4, 10-7 at No. 6.
Amelia Capuano and
Marla Scacchitti also snagged a point with an 8-4 win at No. 1 doubles.
LVC will play in the two-day Goucher Tournament this weekend.
