Lebanon Valley 8, King's 1

ANNVILLE, Pa. - Lebanon Valley cruised past King's College, 8-1, in their home opener on Sunday.

LVC (4-2) swept the doubles matches and won five of six singles flights, highlighted by Nicole Kracum's shutout at No. 5 and 6-2, 6-3 wins by Amelia Capuano and Lori Noble at Nos. 2 and 4, respectively.

Mary Kate Lemon won 7-5, 6-3 at No. 3, and Lauren Shanberg was a 6-4, 6-2 winner at No. 6. King's lone point came at No. 1 where Maddi Griffin battled Christie Graf to a 7-5, 2-6, 6-3 decision.

LVC will host Cabrini on March 28.
