Lebanon Valley 8, Cabrini 1

RADNOR, Pa. - Lebanon Valley won its first match of the season, rolling by Cabrini 8-1.

The Dutchmen (1-2) swept doubles led by Amelia Capuano and Christie Graf's 8-6 win at No. 1. Meghan Muccilli and Mary Kate Lemon won 8-0 at No. 2, and Lauren Fulmer and Lauren Shanberg won 8-1 at No. 3.

Graf led LVC in singles with a 6-2, 6-0 win at No. 2, and the rest of the ladder did just as well with Fulmer winning 6-1, 6-0 at No. 3 and Muccilli a 6-1, 6-0 victor at No. 4. Lemon had no trouble with a 6-1, 6-0 win at No. 5, and Lori Noble worked a 6-0, 6-0 shutout at No. 6.

Cabrini's lone point was at No. 1 singles where Katie Kennedy beat Capuano 6-1, 6-0.

LVC will host Scranton on Saturday in its final home match of the fall.
