Box Score

ASHLAND, Va.
- Lebanon Valley couldn't make lightning strike twice as it fell to #13 Ursinus College, 75-64, in the first round of the Randolph-Macon College Coaches Classic Monday.

The Dutchmen (5-4) had previously handed the then-12th-ranked Bears (6-1) their lone loss of the season back on Nov. 30 with a 76-72 win in Annville. LVC will meet Frostburg State, and 86-41 loser to RMC, in Tuesday's consolation game at 6 p.m.

Ursinus' John Noonan filled the stat sheet with 21 points, eight assists, and seven rebounds. Keith Page and Matt Hilton added 15 and 14 points, respectively.

Kyle Enoch led LVC with 14 points, and Grant Becker added 13. Dan Dunkelberger grabbed a game-high nine rebounds.

Ursinus shot a blistering 66.7 percent from the floor in the second half (50 percent overall) while holding LVC to 42.4 percent shooting.

The Dutchmen led early on, working a 10-point lead after Enoch hit a jumper with 9:39 remaining. That would be LVC's final points for nearly five minutes, however, as Ursinus embarked on a 9-0 run to cut the lead to a point. The two sides then traded the lead over the final five minutes, and Remy Cousart's basket tied the game at 28 heading into the half.

Ursinus quickly took control of the game early in the second half, hitting another 9-0 run to pull out to a 43-33 lead five minutes in. The lead ballooned from there, growing to as much as 16 points late in the game.
