HERSHEY, Pa. – The Lebanon Valley College men's and women's ice hockey teams will hold their annual alumni games on Friday, Oct. 9, at 6 p.m. at Hersheypark Arena. The games will be part of multiple events scheduled during the College's Homecoming Weekend. 

The programs are excited to invite their alumni back to campus for Homecoming from Friday, Oct. 9, to Sunday, Oct. 11. This special weekend is an opportunity to reconnect with former teammates and coaches, meet current players, and celebrate the continued growth of ice hockey at LVC. 

The alumni games for both the men's and women's ice hockey teams will take place on Friday from 6 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. at Hersheypark Arena. The cost per player to participate in the game and receive an authentic game jersey with their name and number is $150. Game jerseys for friends and family are $75. There will also be a merchandise table at the arena for alumni and their families to purchase LVC Hockey swag. To receive their complimentary custom alumni game jersey, alumni must notify Don Parsons, Head Men's Ice Hockey Coach, or Matt Yingst, Head Women's Ice Hockey Coach, if they plan to participate in the games by Monday, Aug. 24. Alumni have the opportunity to participate in the Dutchmen Classic at Fairview Golf Course on Friday as well. Registration is currently open for $125, and space is limited. On the day of the event, registration begins at 9 a.m. with coffee and pastries, followed by a shotgun start at 10 a.m. More information about the tournament can be found here.  

Participants are also invited to join fellow ice hockey alumni at the LVC Hockey Alumni Tailgate Tent before and during the game between Dutchmen Football and Stevenson University on Saturday, Oct. 10, at 1 p.m. at Arnold Field. Food will be served at the tent. 

Alumni are also asked to help make the weekend a success by becoming an event sponsor. Sponsorships are available at $250, $400, $450, and $1,000. Please contact Coach Parsons for more information or with any other questions.
