HAGERSTOWN, Md. – The Lebanon Valley men's golf team posted another strong round with a 318 on Sunday as the Dutchmen rounded out play at the Cardinal Fall Classic in 10th place with a two-round score of 632.
The Dutchmen had all five of their golfers card an 82 or better at Black Rock Golf Course for the second consecutive day. Marymount University took home the team title in a strong field with a score of 586 after a Sunday score of 291. Host Catholic University was second at 591 after carding a 295 on Sunday. Goucher College finished third behind medalist Riley Ruby, who carded a 70 to finish a stroke ahead of Susquehanna's Jax Puskar with a tournament score of 141.
Inside the Results
- All five Dutchmen began play on the 10th hole
- Brody Rafferty carded a 78 on the second day to finish with a two-day score of 152 and was tied for 21st overall in the field of 67. He was two-over with a 38 on the front nine after he was four-over with a 40 on the back nine. The first-year had eight pars and two birdies on the par-five third hole and the par-four fifth hole.
- Dieffenbach also finished with a 78 on the round and had a tournament score of 158 to finish tied for 37th. He posted eight pars and two birdies. The first-year birdied the par-five first hole and the par-five third hole. He was a two-over 38 on the front nine and a four-over 40 on the back nine.
- Flynn had another strong round with an 80 to finish at 160 in a tie for 43rd place. He carded a four-over 40 on the front and back nine for the second consecutive day. The sophomore had 11 pars and one birdie on the par-four sixth hole.
- Brady Keath finished with an 82 on the day for a two-day score of 162. He finished tied for 50th after carding eight pars and a birdie on the par-five 16th hole on Sunday. The first-year was a three-over 39 on the front nine and had a 43 on the back nine holes
- Max Fisher rounded out the squad with an 82 to finish tied for 50th with a score of 162. He was five-over with a 41 on the front nine and then back nine. Fisher posted six pars and three birdies. He birdied the par-five first hole, the par-five 14th hole, and the par-five 16th hole.

The Dutchmen will be back in action on Friday as they play the first round of the two-day DeSales Fall Classic at the Olde Homestead Golf Club in New Tripoli. Tee times are scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. on both days of the invitational.
