NEWTOWN, Pa. – Four Lebanon Valley College student-athletes from four teams were honored by the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) for their efforts during the past week of competition, as the conference office announced its weekly awards in a release on Tuesday, Oct. 28. 
 
The Lebanon Valley College men's and women's cross country teams were recognized for their strong performances at the program's Last Chance Run Fast Invitational, as junior 
Liam Allen was named the MAC Men's Runner of the Week and sophomore 
Madison Sneath was selected as the MAC Women's Runner of the Week. Sophomore 
Reagan Flynn was also chosen as the MAC Freedom Golfer of the Week after his productive round for Dutchmen Men's Golf at the Lebanon Valley Fall Invitational. Additionally, 
Will Burton was honored as the MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Week for leading Lebanon Valley's men's soccer team to an important victory at Stevens Institute of Technology. 
 
Allen finished second overall and was the top Division III runner at LVC's Last Chance Run Fast Invitational on Friday, Oct. 24, posting a career-best 8K time of 26:46.0 for Lebanon Valley's men's cross country team. He led five Dutchmen who placed in the top 10 as LVC captured the team title with 31 points. This is Allen's second career MAC Men's Runner of the Week award, as he also received the recognition on Oct. 28, 2024. This is also Lebanon Valley's fourth MAC weekly honor of the fall.
 
Sneath led Lebanon Valley's women's cross country team at the Last Chance Run Fast Invitational with a 6K time of 27:02.0. She placed eighth overall and was the fourth Division III finisher in a 39-runner field, marking her first career top-10 finish. This marks Sneath's first career conference weekly award. This is also LVC's fourth MAC Women's Runner of the Week honor of the season. 
 
Flynn closed out the fall season with a strong showing for LVC's men's golf team at the Lebanon Valley Fall Invitational on Monday, Oct. 27, shooting an 80 to tie for 17th in a field of 101 golfers. The sophomore carded a 36 on the front nine and a 44 on the back, highlighted by 11 pars and a birdie on the par-four fifth hole. He opened his round with pars on each of the first four holes to help pace LVC on its home course. This is the second MAC Freedom Golfer of the Week award Flynn has earned in his career, as he received the honor on March 25. Lebanon Valley was presented with two conference weekly awards this fall, as sophomore 
Brayden Herr was recognized on Oct. 7. 
 
Burton scored one of the biggest goals of the season for Lebanon Valley's men's soccer team, netting the game-winner off a free kick attempt late in the 88th minute as his shot found the left corner of the net to lift the Dutchmen to a 1-0 victory at Stevens Institute of Technolgy on Saturday, Oct. 25. The goal secured the program's first-ever win over the Ducks and LVC became the first conference team to defeat Stevens in Hoboken since 2021. This is Burton's first career conference weekly honor. Additionally, the Dutchmen have now received six MAC Freedom weekly awards this year.
