LEBANON, Pa. – The Lebanon Valley Men's Golf team wrapped up the fall season on Monday with a score of 357 on the second day of the Lancaster Bible Fall Invitational at Lebanon Country Club.
Hood College won the team title with a two-day score of 641 after carding a 321 on Monday. Penn State Harrisburg had the individual champion in Gavin Fegley who shot a 75 to finish nine-over par at 153. The Lions finished second as a team with a 325 on Monday and two-day total of 649. Hood's Nathan Leppo and Lancaster Bible's Jake Rotelle tied for second at 154. The Dutchmen carded a 357 for the second consecutive day to finish 10th.
Inside the Results
- Brayden Herr was one shot off his season-low round on Monday with a 79 to finish tied for 10th out of 50 golfers with a two-day score of 163. Herr had a strong round with 13 pars including shooting a one-over par 37 on the front nine. He had a 42 on the back nine. He had a five-shot improvement from Sunday's round.
- Brandon Staniszewski carded an 86 to finish tied for 23rd with a score of 170. He had a 41 on the front nine holes and a 45 on the back nine with 10 pars.
- Maddox Parsons finished with a 98 to give him a two-day score of 185. Parsons carded a 50 on the front nine and 48 on the back nine holes with two pars and a birdie on the par-five 10th hole.
- Lukas Bartek had a seven-shot improvement from Sunday's round with a 95 to finish with a 197. His improvement came on the front nine as he carded a 45. Bartek finished with a 50 on the back nine holes and recorded two pars on the afternoon.
- Chris Mingus also had two pars on the day and carded a 97 to finish with a two-day score of 199. He had a 48 on the front nine holes and a 49 on the back nine with a five-shot improvement from Sunday's round.
