LEBANON, Pa. – Harris Blackwood carded a season-low round of 80 to lead the Lebanon Valley Men's Golf team on Monday afternoon at Lebanon Country Club in Lebanon. The Dutchmen had 13 golfers competing in the home invitational as the "A" team finished 12th out of 18 teams with a score of 336.
University of Pittsburg Greensburg won the team title with a score of 305 while University of Scranton was second with a 307. Scranton had to top two golfers in the field of 99 as Marshall Kain carded a 73 and Jack Novis finished with a 74. The Dutchmen split their golfers into two teams and had three individuals. The Blue team featured
Brandon Staniszewski,
Brayden Herr,
Blake Dustin,
Ian Stefanchik, and
Darion Benchich. The White team had Blackwood,
Maddox Parsons,
Chris Annunziata,
Chris Mingus, and
Jake Bollinger.
Brenden Yingling,
Lukas Bartek, and
Bryson Pell competed as individuals for the Dutchmen.
Inside the Results
- Blackwood shot an eight-over par 80 with a 41 on the front nine and a 39 on the back nine holes. He finished tied for 25th in the field and had 10 pars and a birdie on the par-five 15th hole.
- Benchich finished tied for 41st with an 83. He had a 45 on the front nine and was a two-over 38 on the back nine. Benchich had nine pars and birdied the par-three 14th hole.
- Herr and Staniszewski carded an 84 each to finish tied for 49th. Herr had a 42 on the front and back nine with five pars and two birdies. He birdied the par-three 12th hole and the 15th hole. Staniszewski had a two-over 38 on the front nine and a 46 on the back nine holes. He carded six pars and birdies on the par-five second hole, the par-four fourth hole, and the par-five seventh hole.
- Dustin finished tied for 56th with an 85. He had nine pars on the afternoon with a 43 on the front nine and a 42 on the back.
- Parsons had a season-low 90 to finish tied for 71st. He carded a 46 on the front nine and a 44 on the back with four pars.
- Annunziata carded a 91 to finish tied for 75th with a 44 on the front nine and a 47 on the back nine. He had four pars on the round.
- Yingling had a 93 in his first invitational of the year to finish tied for 82nd. After a 51 on the front nine, he carded a 42 on the back with four pars.
- Stefanchik had two birdies on the par-five second hole and the par-four 13th hole. He finished with a 95 carding a 46 on the front nine and a 49 on the back nine holes. Stefanchik added four pars to his round.
- The Dutchmen had three golfers finish tied for 93rd with rounds of 100. Bartek carded a 51 on the front nine and 49 on the back with two pars. Bollinger had a 51 on the front and 49 on the back with two pars. Mingus had a 49 on the front and 51 on the back nine.
- Pell rounded out the golfers with a 109 in his first collegiate match. He had a 51 on the front nine holes and a 58 on the back nine with one par.

The Dutchmen will close out the fall season next Sunday and Monday with the two-day Southeastern PA Invitational being hosted by Lancaster Bible College at the Lebanon Country Club.
