Men’s Ice Hockey Releases 2022-23 Schedule

ANNVILLE, Pa. – The Lebanon Valley College men's ice hockey team will play 13 of their 25 games on home ice in Hershey with the release of the 2022-23 schedule. The Dutchmen have 20 conference games the schedule includes a trip to Boston to begin 2023.
 
LVC will play their first five games of the year at Hersheypark Arena which includes three of their five non-conference games. The Dutchmen's opening weekend includes games against SUNY Cortland and SUNY Morrisville on October 28 and 29. The Dutchmen will begin conference play the first weekend of November as Nazareth College comes to town for a pair of games. The five-game homestretch to begin the year ends against another New York squad on November 12 with former conference foe Elmira College making the trip to Hershey.
 
Lebanon Valley will close out the first semester with six conference games starting with a home-and-home series against Arcadia University on November 18 and 19. The Dutchmen will play their first road game of the year to open the weekend before hosting the Knights the following night for Military Appreciation Night. The first weekend of December includes another home-and-home series against Neumann University. LVC will host the Knights on December 2 before making a trip to Aston the next afternoon. A trip to Pittsburgh and two games at Chatham University wraps up the 2022 portion of the schedule.
 
The Dutchmen will begin 2023 by playing in the Boston Landing Collegiate Invitational hosted by Nichols College at the Warrior Ice Arena in Boston the weekend of January 6 and 7. The Warrior Ice Arena is the practice facility of the Boston Bruins. The squad will play three of the next four games at home starting with a home-and-home series against Stevenson University. Utica University, the defending UCHC Champions, come to town the weekend of January 20-21 for a pair of games before the Dutchmen make the trip up I-81 to take on Wilkes University for a pair of games the last weekend of January.
 
February begins with a trip to New York to take on Manhattanville College for a pair of games before returning home to host King's College for two games. The final weekend of the regular season features a home-and-home series against Alvernia University. The Dutchmen will travel to Reading on February 17 before hosting the Golden Wolves for Senior Night the following evening.
