Still Got It?

Memory Lane
(Recap) The first and last time LVC competed at Hersheypark Stadium, the Dutchmen fell to Delaware 6-2 on a bitterly cold and windy night. That was way back on Jan. 22, 2013, however, and plenty has changed since then. Lebanon Valley has returned to the ranks of NCAA Division III competition and the school's women's program was willed into existence two years ago.

LVC Men Quick Glance
In their second season back among the Division III ranks, the Dutchmen are having a solid campaign. LVC is 6-7-2 and picked up a signature win over No. 13 Utica back in November. Lebanon Valley is led by leading scorer Travis Acker (9) and leading point getter Brett Johnson (18) and currently ranks second in the United Collegiate Hockey Conference (UCHC) with a 5-2-2 record against league competition.

Chatham Quick Glance
Chatham has had a rough go of it so far this season and currently sits at 1-13-3 on the year. The Cougars have yet to secure a victory on the road and are among the lower teams in the UCHC with a conference record of 1-8. Chris Lutz and Clay Plyler lead the team in total points with eight apiece, while Lutz and Jace Burton lead the squad with five goals each.

Hovanec Earns Conference Honors
(Story) Bryan Hovanec turned in one of the strongest offensive outings in program history when he netted five markers in a 7-6 victory over Neumann on Saturday afternoon, Jan. 20. For his efforts, the junior was named the UCHC Offensive Player of the Week and Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Offensive Player of the Week, respectively.

LVC Women Quick Glance
LVC is looking to get back on track after struggling over the past few weeks. The Dutchmen are 2-11-2 on the year and 1-6-1 in conference play. Lebanon Valley stands to face its toughest test of the season to date when it welcomes No. 3 Elmira to Hersheypark Stadium. Luckily, LVC has one of the nation's top goaltenders in Jill Moffatt, who has made 741 saves on the year and holds a .905 save percentage. Offensively, Nikki Lloyd leads the team with five goals and six total points.

Elmira Quick Glance
Elmira is one of the best teams in the country and currently sits at No. 3 in the latest U.S. College Hockey Online (USCHO) Division III poll. The Soaring Eagles are 13-2-1 and have already racked up three wins over top-10 teams. Katie Granato and Sarah Hughson lead the team with 25 total points apiece, while Granato's 16 markers are tops among Elmira players.

Who's Next?
The women finish off their weekend series with Elmira at Hersheypark Arena on Sunday afternoon, while the men return to action next weekend at Nazareth on Saturday afternoon, Feb. 3.
