Meehan ends up with 1,604 points, ending up eighth on LVC's all-time career list. He is one of only two players, along with Hall of Famer Mike Rhoades '95, to score 1,600 points and hand out 500 assists.

LVC trailed early but used a 14-0 run midway through the first half to take control of the game. Arcadia cut the lead back and only a last-second jumper by Meehan gave LVC a 24-23 lead at the break.
The second half was all LVC after Arcadia took a one-point lead early on; the Dutchmen, sparked by back-to-back buckets from O'Brien and Brooks, outscored Arcadia 13-2 over a four-minute span to take a double-digit lead that wouldn't be threatened the rest of the game.
