Alicia Hain and
Jan Ikeda each set new program records to lead Lebanon Valley's swim teams at Lycoming on Saturday.
Lycoming won both meets, with the women's score at 147-110 and the men's at 139-56.
Ikeda set the eighth individual record of her young career, breaking the 200-yard fly mark of 2:26.02 by nearly 10 seconds to win in 2:16.11. It gives the freshman all four LVC butterfly records. Ikeda also won the 100-fly in 59.72.
Hain also added a record to her name, placing second in the 1,000-yard freestyle in 12:02.85 to take more than four seconds off the standard.
Julia Mongeau won the 100-breaststroke in 1:16.14 and
Kris Roaten took the 200-breaststroke in 2:52.35 for LVC's other event wins.
The men were led by a pair of second-place finishes from
Matt Dwyer, who was just out-touched in the 100-backstroke for a 1:01.63, and added another second in the 200-backstroke in 2:18.99.
LVC returns home to end the regular season with a pair of home meets, hosting FDU-Florham on Jan. 21 and Messiah on Jan. 28.
