Tetreault, Keylor Sign With Reading Express

READING, Pa. - Former LVC stars Sean Tetreault '10 and Will Keylor '10 have signed professional contracts with the Reading Express of the Indoor Football League. They will join another former Dutchmen, Dan Kelly '07, on the Express' roster.

Tetreault and Keylor were co-captains as seniors during LVC's history 2009 season that saw the Dutchmen go 9-2 and win their first postseason game in over 50 years. Kelly, who recently re-signed with the Express, is a quarterback/wide receiver for the arena team.

Tetreault (6-3, 315 lbs.) was a four-year starter for the Dutchmen. Twice named as a captain, he anchored the offensive line from his left tackle spot. The Hughesville native was named a second-team All-American by D3football.com last year, and was a three-time all-MAC honoree.

Keylor (6-2, 255 lbs.) was also a four-year starter at inside linebacker Lebanon Valley. He was consistently among the team leaders in tackles, amassing an impressive 257 tackles in his career.  Elected as a captain prior to his senior year, Keylor was selected first-team All MAC Conference in 2009.

“Sean and Will are two more great athletes that had very extensive and successful football careers up to this point,” said Express head coach Chris Thompson.  “Both of them are very young and inexperienced in the indoor arena game but come from a great coaching program at Lebanon Valley College.  Our coaching staff was very impressed with their work ethic and we think they fit the type of player we are looking for here in Reading.  We are looking forward to both of them competing for starting jobs come this February when our 2011 season kicks off.”

The Reading Express start their season Feb. 26 against the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks.
