Box Score

ANNVILLE, Pa. - Lebanon Valley held Arcadia to just nine first-half points as it cruised, 68-43, in a Commonwealth Conference women's basketball game Saturday.

The undefeated Dutchmen (6-0, 2-0 CC) held the Knights (3-3, 0-2 CC) scoreless over the final 12:23 of the first half as they turned in a 23-0 run. LVC led 37-9 at the break.

Suzie Noyes scored 14 and grabbed six rebounds in just 18 minutes of play, and Eryn Schultz led all scorers with 16 points, including four three-pointers.

The Dutchmen took advantage of 25 Arcadia turnovers with 33 points as they worked up an 11-point lead in the first seven minutes of the game. A 6-0 Arcadia spurt cut the lead to five with 12:23 left in the first half, but Justine Davis' layup would be the Knights' final points of the half as LVC piled up a 28-point lead at the break.

Things wouldn't get closer in the second half as the lead hovered around 30 points with the reserves in, and Arcadia only got it as close as 22 in the closing moments of the game.

LVC will be home again next Saturday as it hosts St. Mary's (Md.) at 4 p.m.
