ANNVILLE, Pa. - Albright College swept Lebanon Valley College Wednesday night in a men's and women's swim meet at the Arnold Sports Center.

The Lion men (1-0) won 104-91, while the women (1-0) won 113-83. Both LVC teams fell to 1-1.

Kevin Carney won LVC's lone event, taking the 100 backstroke in 1:04.29. Tony Shipkowski was second in the 200 IM in 2:36.43.

Albright worked a sweep of all the women's events, but LVC turned in several second-place performances. Lauren Horst turned in a second-place performance in the 200 free, touching the wall in 2:28.92. Ally Birli was second in the 100 fly in 1:14.12.

LVC will visit Ursinus College on Saturday.
