NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – The Lebanon Valley Women's Lacrosse team was honored by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) on Wednesday afternoon with the release of a pair of academic awards by the organization. The Dutchmen were named an Academic Honor Squad while four student-athletes earned a spot on the Academic Honor Roll.
 
The Dutchmen were one of a total 383 programs across all three NCAA divisions and the NAIA to be named an IWLCA Academic Honor squad. In order to be eligible for the order the team must have posted a team GPA of 3.2 or above during the 2024-25 academic year. This is the first time since 2022 LVC has been named an Academic Honor Squad.
 
A total of 1,284 student-athletes from 201 different institutions earned a spot of the Division III Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible, a student-athlete must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.
 
The four Dutchmen that were honored on the Academic Honor Roll are:
Emily Beard- Early Childhood Education
Bethany Cohee- Nursing
Gigi Ditsky- Business Administration
Kyla Hebert- Nursing
 
Beard was named to the Academic Honor Roll for the second consecutive year.
