ANNVILLE, Pa. – The Lebanon Valley Men's Tennis team is headed back to the Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom Final for the second consecutive year after defeating third-seeded Arcadia University 4-0 on Tuesday afternoon in the MAC Freedom Semifinals at the Shankroff Tennis Center in Annville.
The second-seeded Dutchmen (12-10) clinched a winning season while advancing to a conference final for the fourth consecutive year. Arcadia (7-8) saw its season come to an end with a valiant effort. The two doubles matches finished at almost the exact same time with number one clinching first and then moments later, number two winning their final point. The Dutchmen then won three singles matches at number six, number two, and number four to clinch the match victory as the other three singles matches went unfinished.
