Click's dominant start kept going in the bottom of the fourth, when he retired the side in order with a flyout to Butz in center field, a groundout to third baseman
Kameron Wetzel, and another flyout to Butz. The Dutchmen then continued their offensive clinic in the top of the fifth inning, tacking on a run to make it an 8-0 ballgame. The contest then went into a brief rain delay, and Ranker promptly hit a sacrifice fly to center field to bring in Mennillo once play resumed.
York got on the board in the bottom of the eighth inning, narrowing the score to 10-1 with an RBI double to right-center field.
