GLENSIDE, Pa. – The Lebanon Valley men's tennis team went on the road and won the program's 16th consecutive conference match with a 7-2 victory at Arcadia University on Tuesday afternoon on the Weiss Tennis Courts in Glenside.
The Dutchmen (8-6, 2-0 MAC Freedom) won two of the three doubles matches over the Knights (6-2, 0-1 MAC Freedom). LVC then won five of the six singles matches.
Inside the Box
- Adam Warren and Jesse Beck started the match off with an 8-1 victory at number one doubles for their fourth consecutive victory.
- Jared Hostetter and Antonio Scaramuzzino won 8-2 at number three doubles to give the Dutchmen a 2-0 lead.
- Jake Erb and Michael Schuetz battled in a close match at number three doubles before falling 8-7 (7-5).
- Beck gave the Dutchmen a 3-1 lead with a 6-1, 6-4 victory at number one singles for his fifth straight win.
- Colin Brusse made quick work at number five singles with a 6-0, 6-1 victory to improve to 8-5 on the year and 5-3 at number five.
- Schuetz clinched the match victory with a 6-4, 6-0 win at number four singles for his 11th singles victory of the year.
- Erb won his third consecutive singles match with a 6-0, 7-6 (10-3) win at number three.
- Warren won his second consecutive three-setter with a 6-3, 2-6, 6-3 victory at number two. He is now 5-0 in three-set matches this year.
- Ethan Luu was winning 1-6, 6-2, 3-2 at number six singles before he was forced to retire.
- LVC has now won four consecutive matches against Arcadia. This was the first meeting between the former MAC Commonwealth foes since 2019.
- The Dutchmen are on a four-match winning streak heading into their biggest conference match of the year.

The Dutchmen will head to Stephen Gregg Park in Bayonne, New Jersey on Saturday where they will face defending MAC Freedom Champion and conference favorite Stevens Institute of Technology at 11 a.m. in what could be a battle for the regular season championship.
