ANNVILLE, Pa. – The Lebanon Valley men's tennis team wrapped up the regular season with a 9-0 sweep of Misericordia University on Saturday.
 
The Dutchmen (11-8, 5-1 MAC Freedom) and Cougars (1-12, 0-6 MAC Freedom) began the doubles matches indoors on the courts of the Sports Center as an early afternoon rain made the courts wet. After doubles the match resumed outside at the Shankroff Tennis Center with singles play.
 
Inside the Box

• Michael Schuetz and Brian Ward were the first doubles court to finish at number two with an 8-4 victory.
• Ben Farmer and Jake Erb were also 8-4 winners at number three.
• Adam Warren and Ethan Luu were 8-4 winners at number one doubles to give LVC a 3-0advantage.
• Jared Hostetter started things off outdoors with a 6-1, 6-0 victory at number four singles for his second win of the year.
• Colin Brusse was the next court to finish with a 6-1, 6-0 victory at number three.
• Warren made quick work at number one singles for a 6-0, 6-0 victory marking his first two-set victory in over a month. His last four victories prior to today have been in three sets.
• Antonio Scaramuzzino was a 6-1, 6-3 victor at number five singles for his first career win.
• Erb won 6-2, 6-0 at number two for his 10th win of the year.
• Ward concluded his career with a 6-2 7-5 win at number six.

Up Next
The second-seeded Dutchmen will host third-seeded DeSales University on Wednesday in the MAC Freedom semifinals. The first serves are scheduled for a 4 p.m. start.
