LEXINGTON, Ky. – Lebanon Valley outside hitter Taylor McInerney was named an Honorable Mention on the 2024 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-America Team announced on Wednesday by the organization.
 
McInerney earns Honorable Mention honors for the second consecutive year and becomes the fourth Dutchman to earn multiple All-American honors. She is the first to earn Honorable Mention honor in consecutive years since Greta Weidemoyer who did so in 2014, 2015, and 2016.
 
The outside hitter had another fantastic season for the Dutchmen as she led the conference and was 44th in the nation with 3.77 kills per set. McInerney had 343 total kills and a .303 hitting percentage. She had a season-best .640 hitting percentage with 16 kills and no errors on 25 attacks in a 3-0 victory over King's College. McInerney finished her career with 1,361 kills and 1,467.5 points which puts her fifth in program history in career kills in just three seasons at The Valley. The outside hitter had 19 matches with at least 10 kills including recording a season-high 26 against DeSales and 21 in a win over conference champion Stevens Institute of Technology.
