WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The Lebanon Valley Swimming teams earned three wins on Saturday in a tri-meet at Wilkes University. The women's squad defeated host Wilkes University 150-59 and Goucher College 120.5-106.5 while the men's team defeated Goucher 146-69 and fell to the Colonels 125-98 at the Wyoming Valley Catholic Youth Center in Wilkes-Barre.
 
Inside the Results

• The team of Jordyn Grossman, Rachel King, Marina Weidman, and Karly Kile finished second in the 200-yard medley relay to kick off the meet with a time of 2:07.27.
• Joe Beidler, Josh Varner, Justin Kopp, and Roman Schelhorn finished second in the men's 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1:56.28.
• Weidman swam a time of 13:44.01 as the only swimmer in the women's heat while Owen Fastrich won the men's heat in 11:14.55.
• Noryan Mitchell finished fourth in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2:26.57 while Beidler was third in 2:18.39.
• Sierra Young won the 50-yard backstroke in 31.52 seconds while Natalie Bourne was second in 34.46 seconds. Connor Hirons was fourth in the men's heat with a time of 32.96 seconds.
• King finished second in the 50-yard breaststroke touching the wall in 35.79 seconds while Varner won the men's heat in 31.38 seconds.
• Grossman had another win in the 50-yard freestyle with a great time of 25.95 seconds while Young was right behind her in 26.35 seconds. Schelhorn was third for the men in 25.17 seconds.
• Grossman won her second event of the afternoon in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 59.11 seconds while Kopp was third in the men's heat with a time of 56.74 seconds.
• Bourne was second in the 200-yard backstroke in 2:44.00. Beidler was fourth in 2:36.79.
• Lilly McNutt qualified for MACs in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:51.78 to finish second. Weidman was third with a MAC-qualifying time of 2:52.22. Zach Fischer was third in the men's heat with a time of 2:52.17.
• Fastrich won his second event of the afternoon in the 500-yard freestyle with a MAC-qualifying time of 5:23.52.
• The Dutchmen women went 1-2 in the 50-yard butterfly with Young winning in 29.00 seconds while Jana Shoffner was second in 31.47 seconds. Fastrich finished second in the men's race with a time of 26.68 seconds while Schelhorn was third in 26.90 seconds.
• In the final individual event of the day, Mitchell was second in the 200-yard IM with a time of 2:42.78 and Kopp was third in 2:23.70.
• The Dutchmen swept the 400-yard freestyle relays with the women's squad of Weidman, King, Young, and Grossman finishing in 4:03.22 and the men's squad of Schelhorn, Beidler, Hirons, and Herold touching first in 4:03.33.
