ANNVILLE, Pa. – The Lebanon Valley Cross Country teams will look to win conference titles this weekend as the teams will compete at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships hosted by Messiah University in Grantham. The women's race is scheduled for 11 a.m. with the men's race to follow at 12 p.m.
Admission to the 2024 MAC Men's and Women's Cross Country Championships is free. A limited amount of co-branded MAC and Susan G. Komen black short-sleeve and long-sleeve shirts will be available for sale on site, with a portion of the proceeds benefitting the Susan G. Komen Foundation. There will be no pre-sale of shirts ahead of the championships.

Live results will be available by Pioneer Timing. Final results, photos and video interviews will be posted on the championship central page after the conclusion of the championships.
The women's team was picked to finish second by the conference coaches in the pre-championship poll. The Dutchmen enter the weekend looking strong having won the past two meets. A few weeks ago, LVC finished first at the DeSales Invitational and then last Friday they won the Last Chance Run Fast Invitational while resting the top runners.
Coyla Bartholomew has been LVC's top runner for almost every race and is expected to be among the leaders after a fifth-place finish last year. She has a career-best time of 22:05.6 and ran a season-best time of 22:36.6 at DeSales.
Autumn Garges is looking to earn All-MAC honors after finishing 16th last season. She ran a career-best time of 22:45.7 at the Paul Short Run at the beginning of October.
Abigail Hunt finished 35th at last year's championship and ran a career-best time of 23:18.4 at Regionals. This year she has been a strong third runner for the Dutchmen running a season-best time of 23:37.6 at Lehigh.
Kaylee Senglar and
Charlee Kurtz are expected to round out the top five scorers for the Dutchmen. Senglar is having a great rookie season and is coming off a season-best time of 24:45.5 at DeSales. Kurtz finished 44th last year at the conference championship and ran a career-best time of 24:17.6 at Lock Haven. This season she ran a season-best time of 24:28.1 at the Paul Short Run. LVC has shown depth with their next seven finishers at different races from
Caroline Borleis,
Madison Eroh, Dani Fettrolf,
Aleah Hoffman,
Sierra Kapcsos,
Nina Milosevic, and
Christine Wagner. Borleis is coming off a career-best time of 25:54.9 last Friday while Eroh ran a season-best 25:16.5 at Paul Short. Fetterolf is coming off a season-best time of 26:31.7 last weekend and has a career-best time of 26:20.8. Hoffman finished 36th last year and ran a season-best time of 25:57.4 at DeSales. Kapcsos has a career-best time of 24:26.7 and ran a season-best time of 25:14.9 at Paul Short. Milosevic and Wagner are coming off their best times of the year last weekend as Milosevic ran 26:09.8 and Wagner finished in 25:10.0.
Misericordia University was picked by the coaches to win the team title with 219 points and 14 of the 16 first-place votes. The Dutchmen were second with 195 points while Widener University was third with 194 points and one first-place vote. Host Messiah earned the final first-place vote and was fourth with 185 points. Stevens Institute of Technology rounded out the top five with 174 points.

The Dutchmen men's squad is looking to complete the triple crown of MAC Championships in a calendar year after winning indoor and outdoor track and field title earlier this year. LVC won both home meets this year in impressive fashion and had great results at the Paul Short Run and Mike Woods Invitational where they faced many top national and regional teams.
Rory Lieberman has been one of the top runners in the conference all year and is coming off a career-best time of 25:01.6 at the Mike Woods Invitational.
Matthew Santana is looking to among the leaders on Saturday after he finished fourth last year to earn Rookie of the Year honors. He ran a career-best time of 25:13.2 at the Dutchmen Invitational.

Allen is coming off a career-best time of 26:46.3 to win the Last Chance Run Fast Invitational and was named the National Runner of the Week for his performance. Bell wasn't far behind him last Friday with a career-best time of 27:16.8. Chukoskie was an All-MAC finisher last year as he crossed the line in 29th and is coming off a season-best time of 26:07.2 at the Mike Woods Invitational where he was LVC's fifth finisher. Davis ran a career-best 27:25.3 last weekend while Di Cesare is also coming off his career-best time of 27:02.6 to finish second at the LCRF Invitational. Senior
Cole Lehman also ran a career-best time last Friday as he crossed the line in 27:27.0 while Lenhart ran a career-best time of 26:47.3 at the Paul Short Run.
McKell ran a season-best time of 26:25.9 at Lehigh and has a career-best time of 26:19.6. Miller is coming off a career-best time of 26:15.4 at the Mike Woods Invitational and finished 33rd last year. Namatka ran a season-best time of 26:35.4 at the Paul Short Run while Rothstein is looking to improve on his 11th-place finish last year. Rothstein has a career-best time of 25:41.7 and is coming off a season-best time of 25:45.0 at the Mike Woods Invitational. Shelton ran a career-best time of 25:50.0 at the Mike Woods Invitational while Walko ran his career-best time of 26:15.2 at the Dutchmen Invitational.
LVC earned 214 points and 12 of the 16 first-place votes in the pre-championship poll. Messiah was second with 208 points and two first-place votes. Misericordia was picked third with 191 points and a first-place vote while DeSales University earned the final first -place vote and was fourth with 179 points. Stevens rounded out the top five with 169 points.
