BRYN MAWR, Pa. – The Lebanon Valley Women's Swimming Team earned its second win of the season on Saturday as the Dutchmen defeated Cedar Crest College 112-106 at Bryn Mawr College. The host Owls defeated LVC 192-55 while the men's team swam time trials since neither Cedar Crest nor Bryn Mawr have a men's team.
Inside the Results
- LVC's 200-yard medley relay team of Natalie Bourne, Lilly McNutt, Marina Weidman, and Karly Kile finished third with a time of 2:09.95.
- Rachel King finished fourth in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2:20.12
- Bourne was second in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:15.04 while Madison Hoerner touched the wall in 1:17.50.
- McNutt finished fourth in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:20.15 and fourth in the 200-yard backstroke in 2:54.70. She just missed qualifying times in both events, in the 100 she was off by 0.15 seconds and in the 200 she was off by 1.70 seconds.
- Jordyn Grossman won the 50-yard freestyle in 25.54 seconds. Weidman was third in a MAC-qualifying 26.99 seconds. Grossman also won the 100-yard freestyle with a MAC-qualifying time of 57.98 seconds.
- The team of King, Bourne, Grossman, and Weidman finished second in the 200-yard freestyle relay with a time of 1:54.15.
- Owen Fastrich had the fastest time in the men's 200-yard freestyle at a MAC-qualifying 1:59.25, the 100-yard breaststroke in another MAC-qualifying 1:10.46, and the 100-yard butterfly in a MAC-qualifying 1:01.57.
- Roman Schelhorn had a blazing time of 24.97 seconds to finish first of four Dutchmen in the 50-yard freestyle. He just missed the MAC-qualifying time by a half second.
- Justin Kopp was the top swimmer in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 57.66 seconds.

The Dutchmen will make the first of two trips to Wilkes-Barre next Saturday to face Wilkes University at the Wyoming Valley C.Y.C. in downtown Wilkes-Barre.
