Umana Puts Up 10 Saves At No. 7 Misericordia

Dallas, Pa. – Jocelyn Umana put up a season-high of 10 saves at No. 7 Misericordia on Wednesday evening.
 
Lebanon Valley (0-1-2) fought hard on the defensive end to keep Misericordia (3-0) off the board until the 22ndminute of the match, when the Cougars planted their first goal. The Cougars then followed with a second goal 10 minutes later. Following Umana's fifth save of the evening, Misericordia netted a third goal to take the 3-0 lead going into half time. In second half, the Cougars put away three more goals to take the 6-0 lead in the 55th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Alison Sepkovic put LVC's first shot on goal, followed by a second shot by Hannah Ferguson in the 79th minute. Following five more Umana saves, Misericordia notched one more goal to cap off the 7-0 defeat over the Dutchmen.

Who's Next
 
The Dutchmen will open up their home series on Herbert Field as they face Haverford College on Saturday afternoon. Kick-off is slated for 1 p.m.
