ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Jocelyn Umana made nine saves to earn her eighth career shutout to lead the Lebanon Valley women's soccer team to a 0-0 draw at Muhlenberg on Sunday afternoon at J. Birney Crum Stadium in Allentown.
Defense was at a premium in the game as the teams played to a scoreless draw on turf while battling the heat on a warm day in the Lehigh Valley. Lebanon Valley earned their second consecutive tie to begin the season while Umana continued her strong play in goal.

- Umana's nine saves gives her 15 in two games this year and 114 for her career. Her eight career shutouts are eighth in the program record books in just her second season.
- Alyssa Yoder had three shots putting two on goal and just missed scoring in the 80th minute as her rocket from the left wing was just tipped over the crossbar by the Mules keeper.
- The Dutchmen put plenty of pressure on the Mules late as Amelia Mantione and Madison Carper had shots saved in the closing minutes of the game.
- LVC had a 5-4 advantage in corner kicks.
- Darrian Berkheimer put two shots on goal that were saved.
