FREDERICK, Md. — The Lebanon Valley volleyball team took a big 3-0 conference win over Hood on Wednesday evening. 
 
Lebanon Valley (5-3, 1-2 MAC Commonwealth) took the first set 25-16. The Dutchmen then walked with the second set 25-18. Despite Hood's (4-6, 0-3 MAC Commonwealth) attempt to comeback, LVC took the third set 25-21, to claim the 3-0 victory over the Blazers.

• Ali Whitworth handed out 35 assists, put out eight digs, and put up two blocks.
• Taylor McInerney slotted 21 kills and 11 digs. 
• Julia Rill tallied nine digs, seven kills, and two aces. 
• Grace Powell put up four blocks and four kills. 
• Margaret Cole had four aces on the evening. 

Who's Next
The Dutchmen will travel to Washington D.C. this weekend for the Worthington Classic hosted by Gallaudet. The Dutchmen will face Elmira College and Washington College on Friday afternoon. First serve against Elmira is set for 4 p.m. and the match up against Washington will follow at 6 p.m.
