ANNVILE, Pa. – The Lebanon Valley men's soccer team stayed in the win column for the third game in a row with a 1-0 victory over Penn State Abington on Saturday afternoon. 
 
Lebanon Valley (3-2) was the team to get on the board during this back-and-forth contest against the Nittany Lions. The lone goal of the match came in the 9^th minute with a penalty kick goal from Peter Foerster. The remainder of the game was a hard defensive battle between both teams, but the Dutchmen defense and Dalton Fitterling shutout Penn State Abington. 
 
Inside the Box
 

• Foerster put the single goal of the match in between the pipes for LVC.
• Aidan Negron led the team with three shots on goal, while Aaron Weitzel followed with two. 
• Zach Reed, Matthew Weinstock-Collins, and Foerster all put one shot on net. 
• Dalton Fitterling made two saves in the shutout. 
• The Dutchmen outs hot the Nittany Lions 19-7, 8-2 on goal.

 
Who's Next
 
The Dutchmen will head to Gettysburg College on Wednesday evening for their first game on the road this season. First touch is set for 7 p.m.
