ANNVILLE, Pa. – The Lebanon Valley College men's tennis team finished non-conference play in a big way with a dominating sweep of Cabrini on Wednesday afternoon at the Shankroff Tennis Center.
LVC (7-5) dropped just five points in the match while earning their second consecutive sweep.
Inside the Box Score
- Justin Schuetz and Jeffrey Bauer won their singles matches by identical 6-1, 6-0 scores. Schuetz teamed with Brendan Byler in double to win 8-2 while Bauer and Brady McLucas won 8-0.
- William Harriger and Nicholas Simon won their third doubles match 8-0. Harriger won 6-0, 6-0 in his number six singles match.
- McLucas also won in straight set without dropping a point at number four singles. Byler won at number three singles 6-0, 6-0.
- Michael Schuetz won his fifth singles match 6-1, 6-0.
- LVC has won nine straight against Cabrini dating back to 2005.
Who's Next
The Dutchmen begin conference play on Saturday at 1 p.m. with a match against York College of Pennsylvania at the Shankroff Tennis Center.
