HERSHEY, Pa. – The Lebanon Valley women's ice hockey team was downed 4-0 by the Alvernia Golden Wolves on Saturday evening.
Lebanon Valley (1-2-0, 0-2-0 UCHC) held the Golden Wolves defensively until 19:51 in the first period, when Alvernia (3-0-1, 2-0-0 UCHC) netted a power play goal. Both teams battled through the second period to keep the game at a 1-0 stand still going into the third. Alvernia then put away three goals in the first four minutes of the third period to cap off a 4-0 victory over LVC.
